What To Expect At Your Appointment

Andrea provides a holistic approach to assist your healing, so it is important for her to know what your body has gone through over the years. After she reviews your Health History form, she will ask pertinent questions so she understands what your goals are for the current session as well as for the future. Old or new, injuries, surgeries and other traumas are relevant to the current treatment as scar tissue, and patterns of holding during recovery can have a global effect on the body, even years later.

Massage can be very useful as a preventative of future injuries and ailments as well as aiding the body in healing from all kinds of conditions and life stressors.

We are designed to heal! Massage can help facilitate that process.

Massage Therapy

Whether you want to de-stress, work on a new or old injury, relieve a headache or migraine, recover from a new workout program, or get relief from achy and sore muscles, I will use various techniques based on your body's needs and your goals for the session. Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, etc.


CranioSacral Therapy

A light-touch approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Works with your central nervous system, to facilitate healing on a profoundly deep level.

This is done while you are fully clothed and laying on the massage table.

Please wear comfortable clothes (no jeans) and possibly layers as your body temperature may fluctuate throughout the session.
